ABOUT RACHAEL TALIBART

Rachael is a UK based fine art photographer, specialising in coastal imagery.

As a world class, full-time photographer, Rachael's market is primarily aimed at galleries, selling limited edition prints and running her f11 workshops.

To date her biggest accolade and popularity is through her 'Sirens' portfolio, critically acclaimed photographs of stormy seas, named after creatures of myth and legend. This portfolio has won numerous awards and been published globally.

THE PROJECT

As an outdoor photographer I have known Rachael for some time. We have exhibited together at the Oxo Gallery in 2015 and shared adventures on trips to many locations. I was therefore delighted when Rachael asked me to develop a brand identity for her.

Rachael's passion lies with the sea and coastal features. She is most famous for her previously mentioned wild, stormy wave imagery. We explored a brand approach using an abstraction based on a wave, particularly the crest, often the feature in her Sirens images. The brand palette is based on colours found in her body of work.
